We are very sorry but our new phone system is not working properly at the moment.  The supplier is aware of the issues and the Practice is awaiting an engineer's visit.  We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience that is being caused.  We are equally frustrated and disappointed with this situation.

Face Masks/Coverings - 19th January, 2022

NHS patients, staff and visitors must continue to wear face coverings and follow social distancing measures in healthcare settings.  Please help us to reduce the risk of infection for our staff and patients by following the guidance.

Phones - 9th June 2021 - 08:03

The phones across East Lancashire Practices are having issues again today.  Patients are being connected to the surgery but unfortunately our reception team are unable to hear them.  The IT Department are now aware of the issue and are looking to resolve it as soon as possible.  We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Data Sharing - June 2021

As of 1st September, 2021 your data will be shared with NHS Digital to help improve health, care and services.  For more information see our dedicated page on this topic to the right-hand side of this page.

Bank Holidays May 2021

The Practice will be closed on Monday 3rd May, 2021 and Monday 31st May, 2021.  If you need medical attention during these periods please ring 111 or in an medical emergency 999.  

Remember to order any repeat medication in plenty of time.

Telephone Issues - Wednesday 17th March, 2021

The telephone system appears to be having issues again.   Although we can hear the phone ring and answer it, we are unable to hear anything from the caller.  This appears to be impacting on most Practices in the 01282 area.  The issue is being investigated by the providers.

Practice Telephone System - 12th October 2020

We have just been notified that the phone systems for many Practices in the area are out of order.  The phone supplier is aware of the issue and is working on a fix.  In the meantime, prescriptions and appointments can be made through DoctorLink.  Thank you for your understanding.

Face Masks/Coverings - 15th June, 2020

From week beginning 15th June 2020 we will be requesting that all patients who have been asked to attend the surgery to arrive wearing a suitable face mask or covering such as a scarf.  We thank you for your help in this matter.
